All orders are shipped internationally via air directly from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Upon arrival in your country, your package is handed over to reliable local carriers, including:

Free Shipping for orders over $50 AU
$8 AUD for orders under $50 AUD

• United Kingdom:

Free Shipping for orders over $80 USD
$9 USD for orders under $80 USD

• International:

$12 AUD for orders under 3 kg
$20 AUD for orders over 3 kg

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. In some cases, your order may be fulfilled in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number. This does not incur additional shipping costs.

• Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team at info@nailsami.com.
• After Shipping: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may proceed with a return as outlined in our Returns Policy.

• Multiple Packages: Occasionally, orders may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons. Each package will be tracked individually.
