2. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped internationally via air directly from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Upon arrival in your country, your package is handed over to reliable local carriers, including:
- FedEx
- USPS
- DHL
- Australia Post (AUSPost)
- Royal Mail

- Australia:
Free Shipping for orders over $60 AU
$8 AUD for orders under $60 AUD
- United Kingdom:
Free Shipping for orders over £60
£7 for orders under £60
- United States:
Free Shipping for orders over $60 USD
$9 USD for orders under $60 USD
- International:
$12 AUD for orders under 3 kg
$20 AUD for orders over 3 kg
Note: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. In some cases, your order may be fulfilled in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number. This does not incur additional shipping costs.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at info@nailsami.com.
6. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team at info@nailsami.com.
- After Shipping: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may proceed with a return as outlined in our Returns Policy.
7. Special Instructions
- Multiple Packages: Occasionally, orders may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons. Each package will be tracked individually.
- Non-Listed Countries: If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to us for alternative shipping arrangements.
