1. Return Eligibility

  3. Ship the Item: Send the product back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@nailsami.com.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized Products: Items customized or personalized upon request.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Hygiene Products: Certain health and beauty products for hygiene reasons.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Refund Exclusions

We do not issue refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Orders not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
