This shipping policy applies to orders delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges

• Orders under £60: £7 standard delivery.
• Orders of £60 or more: free standard delivery.

The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and transit times

Orders normally require 2–5 business days for processing. After dispatch, standard transit normally takes 6–15 business days.

Processing time and transit time are separate. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. These times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, peak periods or an incomplete delivery address.

Where orders are dispatched from

We fulfil UK orders using a combination of UK and overseas warehouses. The dispatch location depends on product availability and fulfilment routing, so we cannot guarantee that every item will be sent from a UK warehouse.

An order may arrive in more than one parcel. If this happens, each parcel may have a separate tracking number and delivery date.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking information after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier to register the first tracking event.

Prices, tax and import duties

Prices displayed to UK customers include all applicable tax and import duty. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

You should not be asked to pay an additional tax, customs duty or import charge when your parcel is delivered. If a carrier or customs authority requests an unexpected payment, please contact info@nailsami.com before paying it.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or has been dispatched.

Missing, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the parcel arrives damaged, email info@nailsami.com with your order number and relevant photographs where applicable. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
