Information for UK customers

Delivery: Standard delivery is £7 for orders under £60 and free for orders of £60 or more. Orders normally require 2–5 business days for processing, followed by 6–15 business days in transit.

Dispatch: UK orders may be fulfilled from a combination of UK and overseas warehouses. An order may arrive in more than one parcel.

Tax and import duty: Prices displayed to UK customers include applicable tax and import duty.

Are all products vegan?

YES! We are pleased to share that all NAILSAMI and affiliated products are VEGAN! Here at NAILSAMI, we have committed to provide high quality products without inadvertent consequence to our environment and community. No products include any animal or animal products and all are cruelty-free!

Do you offer change of mind returns?

We firmly believe in the quality of all our products, for this reason, we unfortunately do NOT offer returns if you have changed your mind.
